Staging

Through our Seller Concierge Package, our partners and we will work with you to get your home ready to hit the market. De-personalizing, de-cluttering, and re-organizing are just a few of the things we can work together on at no extra cost to you. If you’d like we can schedule a design consult to look into the option of professionally staging your home. Think about it this way- when going on your first date do you shower, shave, style your hair or do you show up after a long day of doing yard work? The goal is to present the best possible product to your potential buyers. Doing so increases your profits, helps negotiations go smoother and potentially can reduce the risk of lawsuits post closing.


Professional Photos

When you are looking for something new or have a question where is the first place you start? Somewhere online, right? Searching for a new home is no different for your buyers. We will handle scheduling, organizing and posting of your professional home photos. You might notice not every single angle is included, why? It’s strategic! Our goal is to create a cliff hanger for all buyers, to make them fall so deeply in love with your home through online photos that they just have to come see your home. Sound stressful? Don’t worry we handle it all- and it’s included in your listing fee. That’s our kind of easy-button real estate.


Virtual Tour

Virtual tours can be expensive, but are critically important to the online buyer experience. Our photography partners & we will create an amazing 3D Virtual Tour experience of your home for all potential buyers to view. The good news, its included in your listing fee!

Company also has an in-house videographer, included in your listing fee, we will create a video tour of your home and post it to our YouTube channel.

If needed, we can even create 3D floorplans, or standard floorplans. Pricing depends on size of your home.


Open Houses

Some seller’s prefer not to host open houses, which is completely ok! If no one has told you yet- you get to the CEO of your Real Estate transaction, We here to support any decisions you make and provide guidance. If you would like to offer open houses or if you are interested, we can develop a schedule together.

Some agents prefer not to host open houses and often pass the buck to rookies. If you would like, we will host as many open houses as you want. Usually our recommendation is to host at least one during a weeknight before the first weekend of being live, we recommend inviting the neighborhood that way once buyer showings begin we have more accurate data of feedback and showing numbers.


Internet

Internet is king! Through Social Media, Online Syndication websites, MLS, and more you’ll home will be visible to thousands of buyers in seconds. Nextdoor, Realtor.com, Denverpost.com, ReColorad0, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube the list goes on and on.


Email

Through reverse prospecting and email CRM campaigns, we will blast your home frequently to ensure your home is staying top of mind for all buyers.


Print

Our marketing staff will blow you away! Three highly experienced marketing professionals will create property flyers, open house flyers, home feature cards, brochures, mailers and more. All professionally printed, in full color and included in your listing fee.


MLS

As a member of the Denver Multiple Listing Service (MLS), your home will be immediately visible to thousands of licensed Colorado Real Estate Agents and their Buyers. They will immediately know your terms and conditions for showings, offers, and closing. Some agents choose not to fill out the MLS listing information all the way - our Company Transaction Coordinator team and I will make sure every single box is filled out so buyers get the most accurate data.
