The inception of THE REAL ESTATE SHARK. From a young age, I developed a love for competition. My love for competition drove me to become involved in as many team sports as possible which eventually laid the foundation for my core beliefs today. I believe in grit, passion, integrity, and perseverance. These virtues applied to how I approached my first clients, who named me “The Real Estate Shark”. Day in and day out I work to repeat that same experience for all my clients. Regardless of the situation we face, rest assured The Real Estate Shark is fighting for your best interest and your goals. I will not give up until your expectations have been met. My commitment to you is the highest level of integrity, transparent communication, and shark-like pursuit of the most favorable outcome. Born and raised in Northern Colorado, Real Estate runs in my blood with my biggest inspiration coming from my aunt who has built a successful brokerage in Northern Colorado. Following in her footsteps I got my start in Real Estate through Property Management over twelve years ago. Working my way up from Leasing Agent to Regional Property Manager, I directly managed over 3,000 units varying in class from luxury to affordable, with several units undergoing major exterior and interior renovations. In addition to experience, I believe in constant ongoing education. Currently, I hold the following certifications: Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), E-Pro, and Certified Staging Advisor (CSA). Being native to Colorado and have lived in a diverse set of areas including Summit, Douglas, Denver, Larmier, and Weld counties. This helps me competently serve clients up and down the front range. I believe we attract into our lives what we put into the universe. I find my greatest sense of accomplishment comes from serving others through the biggest decisions in their lives, buying and selling Real Estate. Outside my professional career, I stay involved in our local community and love volunteering. When I’m not negotiating on your behalf, I’m raising my beautiful but feral teenager, playing with our black lab, or my happy place which is at the lake with a drink in hand.
